Buying a puppy that is already born.
The first step is to reach out to us or check our website to see if we have any Bernedoodle puppies available. Once you contact us, we’ll walk you through the process of picking out your perfect puppy.
You’ll have two options:
• FaceTime us so we can show you the available puppies.
• Schedule a visit to meet them in person and choose the one that’s right for you.
To reserve your puppy, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit, which will be invoiced to your email and applied toward the total price.
When the puppies turn 8 weeks old, we’ll set up a puppy pick-up day. At that time, you’ll pay the remaining balance, and your new best friend will be ready to go home with you!
Buying a puppy that isn’t born yet.
We keep our families updated on upcoming litters and expected due dates. If you love a particular pairing and want to reserve a pick from that litter, you can contact us and place a $100 waitlist deposit to secure your spot.
Once the puppies are born, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required, which goes toward the total price of your puppy.
At 5 weeks old, the picking process begins:
• The 1st pick family selects their puppy first.
• Then the 2nd pick chooses.
• Followed by the 3rd pick, and so on.
At 8 weeks old, we’ll schedule a puppy pick-up day. Once you pay the remaining balance, your new best friend will be ready to go home with you!

What comes with a puppy
• Your puppy will be up to date on all shots and come with vet records for vaccinations and deworming.
• Each puppy will have a full health examination by a licensed vet before going home.
• We provide a 1-year health guarantee against congenital defects.
• All puppies come with a spay/neuter contract, ensuring they are placed in pet-only homes.
• You’ll receive a small bag of puppy food to help with a smooth transition to their new diet.
• And most importantly, you’ll get lifetime Crown Stephens Family Doodles support—we’re always here for you and your new family member!
